The story starts with a bit of history bewteen Jorge and Honor, then leaps forward to 'now' where Jorge has reappeared after 11 years, and is Honor's  sons dance teacher. Honor is still denying he is gay - 'bound and gagged' in the closet.
The real story then begins, of the dance between Jorge, Honor and Becky, Honor's wife. The story is told in alternate view points of these 3 characters but chapter headings keep the reader on track. Strangely, I didnt feel sympathy for Becky - early background made her appear obsessed, whinny, manipulative, so even though her reactions were probably quite realistic (and better than could be expected) I still didnt feel for her. The others, well Jorge! Honor! Jorge! Jorge! Honor! Jorge! Such a lot of emotions and turmoil. Jorge got to me, perhaps because he wasnt well and I just wanted him to be.
So, get the tissues ready and be prepared for a roller coaster ride. A very strong 4* ride for me!
