Not quite as fun as the first book but still a great time! I feel like Nick and Laren needed more pagetime together or maybe more flash backs to fully ground their relationship. Fingers crossed for a 3rd book! 🤞🏻

I think I liked this one more than Lights Out, but maybe because I listened to the audiobook and the narrators were super fun.

I enjoyed the MMC in this book, and the roommates of the FMC. I did frequently find myself annoyed with the FMCs lack of communication skills and her ability to jump to conclusions immediately.

This one wasn't as funny to me as the first book. I did end up liking Nico much more than I thought I would. His yearning is intense.
