I'll definitely check out this book's tips again whenever I'm stressing myself out in any aspect of my life.

I thought this book had many great points and ideas. This is a case where I wish I would have read a physical copy instead of having listened to the audiobook. The author did a great job of reading it, I just would have benefited from having the option to slow down and stop and ponder.

Good information but I needed to physically read this.

It was super dense, so not much information stuck.

It was interesting to hear that these principles of ease and automation are things I naturally implement. So this felt more like a pep talk to me than a paradigm shift, but I know people whose lives would change by implementing some of these tactics to make the important tasks of life easier to accomplish. It doesn’t come easy to everyone and McKeown is very thorough in covering possible ways to make things easier and why you might want to try.
