Sweet story.
Non man-whore Hero.
Recently divorced heroine.
Small ex drama from Hero, suspicion as to who is vandalising the heroines car.
No intimate scenes other than the Hero and heroine.
Secondary characters introduced for possible future books, groundwork laid for next book in series.
HEA.

Road trip style books are usually not my favorite but this was was surprisingly good, which just shows why Devney Perry is one of my favorites. This book was relatively short, and a super quick read. We didn't get to see too much of the towns people or anything other than the relationship between Brooks and Londyn. I was surprised by how much of a connection I felt between these two in such a short time. This story was more simple, and light but I enjoyed it and it was done in such a good way.

Oh my gosh. I LOVED this book, it completely stole my heart. I completely binged this book, staying up way too late to finish it. Devney’s writing is truly beautiful and she is skilled at making you feel all the emotion. I adored the characters; Londyn was so strong, resilient, and brave, and Brooks was a true southern gentleman and so swoon worthy.

This was just the sweetest story and low on angst. A touching story about finding your home and the beauty of finding your person. Londyn and Brooks meet by chance but their relationship felt meant to be; watching it blossom was such a treat.

This book flowed so naturally and beautifully and tugged at my heartstring until the very last line. An absolutely captivating read.

I am so excited for this series, I love the unique plot behind all the the series—a group of runaway teenagers who made a junkyard their home, now adults finding love. Can’t wait for the next book, Wild Highway!
