Just taking me far too long, to the point where I’ve lost track of side characters. Will try again in the future. Pride and Prejudice took me multiple attempts, so I think it’s just a timing issue!

I loved this book so much! I love how Jane Austen has characters that contradict each other so much and that in the end everything is resolved well. Definitely recommend and definitely will read again eventually!

It’s great to “have read” this book, but the reading part wasn’t as enjoyable. I loved the characters but the time period made it’s mark (wdym that Knightly loved Emma since she’s 13?). But the love stories were cute, and there were some very good, tense moments, which I think the movie used perfectly too.
