i recall this being my favourite when i was younger (i think it was purely down to the training village segment with the eggs, SO GOOOOOD also i swear it was longer!!!)
but now it just doesnt hold up against 2+3!!!!. don’t get me wrong i still thoroughly enjoyed this book and i love the cherub series DOWN

I think this book has one of the best blurbs ever, it really pulls your interest. I enjoyed that in this book James has to face consequences for his douchey actions, which allow him to begin to reflect on his character and issues. One of the more low-key missions from the serie but I love how the plot unfolds, how characters are revealed, and how it gets more and more intense.
