Plutarch swooping in with all the hot goss

I was going to make a joke like "XOXO PUELLAE FAMAE" but got distracted by the fact that the Romans didn't have the number zero

The selection of lives in this book is not quite as good as those in [b:Makers of Rome: Nine Lives|835478|Makers of Rome Nine Lives|Plutarch|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1387701762s/835478.jpg|821092], but it does have Pompey the Great and Julius Caesar, so it's worth reading for those alone. The rest are also interesting, just not as interesting after having read the other book.

For a book translated from an ancient text, I surprisingly enjoyed it, mainly for how much Plutarch trash-talks some of the Romans
