Sapphic Victorian love story in the throws of a murder mystery all on a cruise liner ship in the 1800’s. A wild ride but and enjoyable one nonetheless. Maud and Violet are compelling characters and I enjoyed their seafaring ways. On to the next in the trilogy (:

Romantic fantasy shenanigans! On a trans-Atlantic crossing!

Suffers ever-so-slightly from middle book syndrome, but Maud and Violet are a marvelous pairing, and the action is set up nicely for the concluding third book. Can't wait to see the whole gang together.
