I thought I was going to hate this book, but I turned out to love it until about 65%. The author then threw in a RANDOM trope that didn't match with the privacy and vibes given off in the first half of the book. It was highly unneeded and did NOTHING to the plot, just made it questionable for the beginning story.

I missed reading new material from Samatha’s! Reading The Two Week Stand definitely didn’t disappoint. The scene, characters and plot all gave me such imagery it was like I was there in the Maldives with West & Dillion.
Million thumbs up Samantha!
Million thumbs up Samantha!
Its been quite a while since a pair of characters have had me gripped from the first page and fully 100% invested in their happy ever after! I don't know how Samantha Towle has done it but I have just spent the happiest 4 hours of my life reading about Dillon and West falling in love and them having a great time doing it.
Both Dillon and West made me laugh out loud (with the occasional snort too) with their banter and easy found friendship. As a couple they didn't feel forced and were very believable together.
As with Romance some elements were a little predictable but I really appreciated that in the end it was real human fears and insecurities that caused the angst and division. I also loved how we didn't get a months later reunion either and both characters had some sense about them!
This book made me laugh and smile with the odd tear or two as well and I'm sorry that I will never get to read it for the first time again!
