Honestly I don’t even know where to begin with this novel- it was absolutely gorgeous to read. Reid has made even the most grandiose of her characters relatable and real, and I immensely enjoyed every part of it. This novel even made me cry on a couple occasions!

It’s definitely going to be one of my top reads of the year. I plan on reading Daisy Jones and the Six by Reid as well. If it’s just as good ( or even better) she will have two spots on my top books this year.

Evelyn is the most brilliant character with a spectacular story and even the ending blew me away because it made so much sense, I couldn’t imagine this book ending any other way, but I still couldn’t see it coming.

And of all seven husbands, only happiness was found with her wife. :( the last sentence on page 385 made me sad but happy, in a way. You know this book isn’t going to end sweet, but it leaves you feeling satisfied, nonetheless, knowing everything had purpose.
