I liked this sooo much more than first! This picks up right where book 1 left off and it immediately heats heaaaated! There was so much more angst in this one. And not necessarily more “bully romance” but there definitely a lot of toxicity between Elsa and Aiden. Did I devour it? Duhhh!

My brain was literally hurting along with Elsa as she struggled to put the pieces of her past together. And I was getting so damn furious with Aiden along with Elsa when he kept dragging out giving her the information she needed. There was a lot of huffing and yelling coming from my end.

But seeing them both come together, finally go from enemies to lovers, and seeing how everything falls into place had me in my feels. But the twist in that ending?? I have soooo many damn questions now!

Wow the ending of this book had my flabbers gasted!
I really enjoyed Rina's writing, these books are so easy to get through. So much happened in this book and we learnt so much about Elsa and Aiden.
I can't wait to find out where this story goes!
