The Sea Witch is a really unique little mermaid retelling with a gender bent villain who and and unseen foe you wouldn’t expect. This book took me a while to complete for some reason but ultimately I loved this take on one of my favorite Disney classics! ❤️

What did I just read?! It was glorious!!! As a Little Mermaid lover, I like the twists to this story. Subtle nods and some not so subtle to the original Disney tale. The spice was excellent too! If you like monster romances, you will love this one!

Let’s be honest: I was looking for tentacle porn and this was not it. There was ONE tentacle scene and it was meh.
There is nothing that calls to me more than an adult reinterpretation of the fairytales we all know and love where the “villain” really isn’t who we were led to believe. I’m in my morally-gray-villain-loving era & I think this book caught my eye simply by the cover so of course I had to read it.
I enjoyed this retelling of the little mermaid…. It was entertaining and captivating the whole way through.
It is a little explicit in the smut factor…. But I would 100% recommend it if you enjoy smut.
