A simple book that would help children to get to know colors and objects related to Islam. The illustration is cute!

The colors of Islam, you could say. Nice way to introduce colors and different aspects of Islam and Ramadan.

Great read aloud for my 8 year old. He had a ton of misconceptions about Muslims. I had no idea. This book brought up a great dialogue between him and I. The book is beautiful. I learned a thing or two as well.

A simple color book with rich illustrations exploring elements of Muslim life, a little explored topic in American picture books. Great for a world perspective or multicultural assignment.

This is a wonderful picture book to introduce children to the concepts of the Muslim faith. Mehrdokht Amini's art is gorgeous and works well with the story.

Great intro to the culture for young children, because it focuses on colors and objects - things young children can easily relate to.
