Apollo I love you. Also, yes the ending made me cry. If it was the last book, it would have been a great ending for all the characters. But there’s so much to do (especially with the thing going on with the multiple pantheon)
Graphic: Violence, Torture, Child abuse, Panic attacks/disorders, Gaslighting, Death, and Grief
Moderate: Medical content, Abandonment, and Death of parent
Minor: War, Mental illness, and Death of parent

I feel similarly about this book as I did with The Last Olympian—it was a fine book, but it was all battle or prepping for battle. But I do appreciate seeing Lester/Apollo's full character development.
I also like the little change Rick does where he has the other characters refer to our sun god as Lester instead of Apollo, to show the main character's growth and humanity.
Graphic: Death, Death of parent, Child abuse, and Emotional abuse
