Normally I read superhero comics, but this is different. Thanks to this gift from my friend Brad, I got to try out this cartoony funny book. But it's not just for the kiddies. Snarked has a well developed cast of characters and an ongoing story arc. Also there's a plethora of references to Lewis Carroll material, which clearly gave Roger Langridge lots of inspiration. The Walrus character reminds me a bit of Wimpy from Popeye, but he's actually much more intelligent and sly. So to sum up, I would've have probably never picked up this book on my own, but it entertained me and I'm curious to read more of the saga in the future.

I really didn't know what this was when I picked it up, but I am SO glad I did. Hilarious Carroll send up with the walrus and carpenter and little red queen. Love the artwork and the rhymes and the story and I want to know what happens next!
