Handmaid's Tale is well worth a re-read. It was even better than what I remembered from reading it in high school. When I think of how daring the subject is and how new the book was back then, it really makes me admire my HS English teacher.

Read it while it's still allowed.

I think I was mostly swayed by how the author wrote this book and the different details and methods she used to push forward themes. That technical work was beautiful.

DNF- mostly because the audiobook version I was listening to glitched and wouldn’t let me finish, but also, this book is so slow, and it doesn’t go very far when it does move. I love the concept, and I think it’s extremely relevant to the current state of our world. I just wish it was a little more digestible. I believe I was about 3 hours from the end of the audiobook
