really liked it. i enjoyed that the main character was flawed and how she contrasted with her feminist mother and best friend. i liked the mystery and how it explored sexism. not sure how i felt about the framing device as revealed at the end

It’s a good good read. Finished the Book the second time but still Enjoyed it. The theme is pretty dark but still it’s an “easy read”. Timeless classic and relevant if thinking about how important it is to be aware of political instability and therefore changes.
