This was so satisfying! I enjoyed 'The Heir' and 'The Crown' so much more than the original first three books tbh.

Beautiful ending to the series! I hope there's a novella afterwards about her and her husband's life. And the changes in the kingdom.

I loved the ending. I love who she chose. I've been rooting for him since the end of book 1. I love the irony in her choice.

I'm so happy that this series has finally come to an end, and a nice ending at that. Seeing Eadlyn mature as not just a character but a Queen as well was incredibly great to see, she wasn't that annoying Teen like she was in The Heir. She owned who she was and proved she was something Fierce. I'm so happy with who she ended up with, because even I would have chosen him. But that said, I wish there was more of America and Maxon. They hardly appeared in the book when it came to all the important Selection parts, but overall it was a nice ending.

Let's just hope that Kiera doesn't add another 2 books on to this series.

I was disappointed, but it was good nonetheless.

This book was a total throw away. And honestly I only just got around to it because it was on hold for almost a year from the library. It was definitely not worth it.

There is almost no plot here, just the fact that she has to pick a fiance at the end. The first two thirds of the book are endless drivel about her 'running the country' and her weird 'dates', but there's no substance to anything. The only characters who have any dimension (Bryce, Aaron, Merritt) are all orbiting figures that seem to only exist when Eadlyn bothers to think of anyone else. And don't get me started on the fake drama Merritt tried to create. What was that? How did that just randomly happen and then go away as quickly?

I just don't know why I bothered.
