All I want to say about this book is this one quote, which spoke so clearly to me as an editor: "I'd heard he started a fistfight in one of the seedier local taverns because someone had insisted on saying the word 'utilize' instead of 'use.'"

What can even be said for such a book? Delightful. Delicious. Done.

So far I have to say I have little patience for a lot of this. It is a very long explanation of how a person came to power and manhood. It's a training montage. It's not a book I would have bothered with if the previous book hadn't been so much fun. I will get the next one from the library and curse that I spent so much on this one.

This was such a joy to listen to as an audiobook! Both books have made me cry, laugh and gasp out loud, I even had to pause it and take a small break because of secondhand embarrassment at one point..
Nick Podehl did such an amazing job as the narrator for these books as well!
Absolutely loved it!
