This book had a very slow start that honestly bored me, but since I don’t like DNF-ing books, I powered through and I’m glad I did because I eventually ended up enjoying it.

It’s definitely not Lucy Score’s best work, but it’s also not her worst. There were a few moments that gave me secondhand embarrassment (yikes), but overall, it was a fun and enjoyable read. And despite the rocky beginning, I’m actually excited for the next book!

the beginning was rough but i did end up laughing quite a lot throughout im so excited for the rest of this series even tho i can already tell this one will be the weakest of the them all :/

Story of My Life had me giggling and swooning all the way through! The small town of Story Lake gave me ALL the Stars Hollow vibes, and Goose had me laughing out loud! All of the characters had such good banter and Hazel & Cam's spicy scenes were 🔥🔥🔥 I love an author who can do both without either feeling forced or cringy, and Lucy Score does it so well! It's going to be so hard to wait til next year for our next installment which rumor has it is Zoey's story. I'm so excited for more Story Lake shenanigans!

It was definitely a cute book with lots of loveable fun characters! I can’t wait to get a Zoey story and I HOPE it’s with Gage 😊
