This book is a delight. Sparkly and wonderfully funny.

Amelia and her band of friends, Grimaldi, Florence and Squashy go in search of Prince Tangine's mother Queen Fairyweather. One adventure after another as they go to the well of all wishes and accidentally turn King Vladimir into a bee, meet a leprechaun who lead them to catch the Rainbow train to get to Glitteropolis!
What an adventure! Of unicorns and glitter, eternal hugs and sweet mist. Beautiful story and characters. Lots of fun and humour.

The audio book was excellent, the voices done were perfect.

Not my favourite but I still really enjoyed the fun adventure feel to the whole story. Florence and his antics are growing on me. Not much else to say except that i will be continuing the series

Read aloud with my 6 year old at bedtime. We liked this even better than the first one! It is such a cute and sweet story. We will be reading more for sure!

This book picks up right after where the first one leaves off. Amelia Fang and her friends are off to find Glitteropolis to rescue Tangine’s mom. This means traveling into the Land of the Day and facing off with fairies, unicorns, leprechauns, and angel kitties.

Packed with friendships, adventures, and so many cool creatures, this book does not disappoint. It was super fun to read and I cannot wait to continue with the series.

Aww. Love you too Squashy.

Amelia, Tangine, Grimaldi and Florence have all learned that Tangine is half-fairy from the Kingdom of the Light, and "fairies did not steal your fangs and unicorns did not shoot killer rainbows from their butts."

They decide to follow a rainbow to the magical city of the light, Glitteropolis, to help Tangine find his missing mother, the fairy Fairyweather.

The friends disguise themselves as unicorns. They make it to Glitteropolis, but not all is as it seems. While the unicorns don't shoot killer rainbows from their butts, they're downright sneaky, and as leaders of Glitteropolis, they've got a nefarious reason to keep the creatures of the Light and Dark at each other's throats.

Can Amelia uncover the conspiracy, break the unicorns' strong grip over Glitteropolis and unite the two kingdoms once again?

Another fun Amelia read for October!
