This series was okay. It was read for the vibes alone.
Is it the most thought-provoking, deep writing? No. Are there some plot holes? Yea. Did the intimate chapters start becoming repetitive? Yes.
But overall it was a fun enough time to make me finish Evren and Adara’s story.
Unsure if I’ll read book 4.

Holly has definitely become one of my favorite fantasy writers! Her books keep you intrigued and the story line flows so naturally! Love Everen and will continue the series immediately!

Series overall was definitely a 4.5⭐️
This was such a fast-paced spicy fantasy romance series, which I can absolutely appreciate after reading some that can sometimes feel never-ending. The big climax/ending for this book though just felt a liiiitle too fast. I wish we got a little more or the ending fight scene after a lot of build up.
Evren will also be one of my top book boyfriends of all time. He is filthy and dirty, but oh so loyal and frigging possessive. I love it. I want this to be an audiobook so bad just so I can hear his lines spoken out loud (so appreciate we got some of that from Holly’s promos on TikTok!). I live for the Dual POV - you just get to experience even more of the touch her and die/burn the world for you vibes
