I cannot recommend this book enough. Every woman needs to read this - whether they're trying to get pregnant, prevent it, or even those who are unmarried, for understanding their cycle. I just started using the method discussed in this book recently after conventional birth control was not computing with me, and now I wish I had found it much sooner. Knowing and understanding how your body works is so powerful.

This should probably be in every woman's home reference library. While I wouldn't recommend this as a book one would sit down and read for fun, the information in this book is something that every woman should be educated on.

I've been tracking basal body temperatures since we started TTC, and there are so many times that I've wished that I knew about how to track my cycle back from when I started my period as a teen. Even though I've known about this method for fertility awareness for several years now, there were still so many facts in this book that I didn't realize. It's a wealth of information!
