"marble lions that mr. kahn had allegedly procured from an egyptian pharaoh's tomb" well THAT'S horrible jesus christ
i didn't make note of a bunch of things to complain about so maybe that's progress? no new pedophilia in this book so that's probably part of it and i'm just used to the annoying details like the obsession with the designer of every item of clothing by now
so did A have something to do with the medium aria saw? like is this a woman who's just THAT GOOD at imitating voices that both aria and noel felt like it was ali speaking? because otherwise i wish the series would like commit to supernatural stuff or not like the girls have all these prophetic dreams and stuff it's like............it's just not realistic if we're not supposed to believe there's anything magic or supernatural about this series ya know. it bothered me in the tv series when they brought in the ravenswood storyline and all the ghost stuff. what purpose does this serve to the plot if it's not real?
also the girls constantly remembering specific details from thing that happened years ago, even before ali's death, that's just not how things work, especially when these memories are just now coming to light

Ok Sara Shepard....

This book is just crazy!

Just when I think I've figured something out, you go and throw a twist in that makes me question everything I thought I knew!

I feel like Hanna....

There are so many twists and turns in Spencer's story - she's adopted, then she's not, then she's Ali's sister, then she's not, then aughhhH!!! Aria & all of her insane boy problems...come on Aria, you don't need to have every boy! I'm still not totally sure how Jason falls into all of this. Emily going to that Amish farm was cool & I really do like the slight development with Darren Wilden's story - curious to see what that has to do with the end product. I'm finished 7 books and I'm still not sure about hardly anything. So good, I just can't put them down!

what. the. fuck.
warum war die Serie nicht so wie die Bücher ??
warum war die Serie nicht so wie die Bücher ??
I'm finally over this series. They were fun in the beginning, but I'm getting sick of the characters making stupid choices and the author not resolving any of the mysteries. Every time there is a resolution, it's almost immediately taken back (i.e. Ohh, it was only a hallucination from smoke inhalation!).
