This was ridiculous, from the outrageous decisions to the almost caricature-like main characters. No one is this self-obsessed and oblivious, or shy and self-depricating. However, it kind of worked? There is a sweet undertone of family and friends and it makes you want to read more. The notes-in-the-library-book-trope is crazy romantic and the ending is adorable.

This was another gorgeous romance from Lucy Vine, although the real romance is between the two sisters, which I also loved. It take me a very long time to like Clara though! The ending was lovely .

This is my favourite by Lucy Vine so far. Laughed so much. Love a book about books too. It just has so much, the friendships are great, the family dynamics so good, the side characters sweet frosting (even the miserable ones). Love all the references, facts, and misunderstandings. Will definitely be rereading this one.
