This one had some laugh out loud moments for me. Very funny, but obviously not really a parenting guide or anything to take seriously. Nothing is safe from being joked about here.

I have honestly never related to a book more in my life. I thought it was absolutely hilarious and read half of it out loud to my husband. Especially the chapter on how to get your husband to stop calling your son bro. No such luck yet but we're working on it.
It got a little long near the end but overall if you ever feel like a shitty parent and you just want to feel normal for a while, read this. It helps.

Not a bad book, assuming you don't take it too seriously. But with all the very serious information books I have been reading, sometime you just need to laugh.
Whatever I do, I will not be this mom...a great what not to do book. :)

Y'know what? Parenting is tough sometimes, and it's great to know you're not the only one dealing with some of the crazy sh*t the job brings with it. This book had me snorting laughter through my nose multiple times, usually while on break at work, which is my favorite!

I wanted to like this. I really did. I am often a shitty mom, so I assumed this book would speak to me much like my very own spirit book.
However, once she (they?) started joking about leaving babies in a car to die, I just couldn't continue.
*cue everyone telling me it's sarcasm and I don't have a sense of humor and blah blah blah*
I am pretty much the funniest person I know (and I know a LOT of people), so no. Dead babies don't amuse me.

I stayed up late reading this book; that's how you know it deserves all five stars. It's totally me. I've done all of these shitty mom things. Now I know that I don't need to feel bad about it and I am not the only one! This book is a great gift to new moms. Or any moms, really.

I read this book to have future material to remind myself why I do not want and do not ever want kids. It was highly effective.

One of the funniest books I've ever read. You don't have to have kids to appreciate the humor here. :)
