I didn't love this as much as I wanted to. I've been craving that summer read that I can't put down. Sadly, this wasn't it.
Good, chick-lit fun. So glad I was able to read this before the TV show. I was definitely kept guessing about the 'murder' but figured out the bullying thing a little over halfway through.

By far the best book I have read this year I absolutely devoured Big Little Lies...
It's like a chick flick movie with serious topics covered in a humour filled! fun and vanilla style way... I really didn't see that ending coming it had me truly gripped right until the very end..
I read this book in about 3 days I couldn't put it down and when I did it didn't stay down for long before I needed my next dose of BLL.
This is the first but by no means last book I've read from this author and I've even Gone and ordered my second book from this amazing lady.
I haven't watched the series but I will be going to give it a view that's for sure.
Easy 5 stars!

This was sad. And heartbreaking and awful.
The writing was incredibly well done. Lots of themes were explored and there were twists I wasn't expecting. But this is the kind of stuff I consume and then just feel worse about the world in general.
