It was good up to a point but then it got boring...
Their fight, which was supposed to be the climax of the story, turned out to be anti-climactic. And then there was a lot of ping-ponging of feelings which seemed unnecessary...
the story could be really good instead it turned out to be tiring.

This book was much more than I thought it would be. The journey Kane goes through losing his best friend and business partner. He has to work out his unresolved emotions while at the same time having building emotions for his best friend's brother. Nex essentially lost his brother when he was 10 due to their mother's murder. Kane needs him to help test something that Kane and his brother had developed. Their relationship has a gradual build up which is nice.

Was reaaly surprised at the lack of stars by reviewers, I really liked this book.
