I must say... I didn't expect the twist midway through the book... and I cried and cried and cried! If you need a good cry and a good litle love story... highly reccomended! I would have given 5 stars but some parts were a little cheesy/unrealistic for my taste!
It was okay. Definitely not something I'd read again. Something about the story fell flat for me so those 3 stars are generous.
Loved this book! So many twists and turns that I wasn't expecting and a great story.
This was my second time reading, I read it a year ago and have thought of it a million times since. I still think the storyline is intense and if I wasn’t physically reading it, I was thinking about it so I like that it does that. That alone has helped me get out of my month long reading slump. The writing is worse and a little more juvenile than I remember and that made it harder to get through. I still liked it but I think it’s more 3 stars for me than the original 4 I gave it.
Just realized this book is that movie PEARL HARBOR!!! Really?!
I'm freaking bawling. Like non-stop, snot everywhere completely unattractive bawling. Such a heartbreaking story.

Well it's officially been 24 hours since I've finished this book and I'm falling into a deep deep depression....
1/19/13 well it's been a few months and thinking back I don't know how I even rated this book two stars I dropped it down to one. I'm still hurt and still pissed at the author for killing Chase because she felt that Harper needed to be with Brandon and if Chase was always around she would keep going back/stay with him. What does that freaking tell you!?! Obviously Chase is her soulmate and Brandon is just the one who didn't die and shoved his way into Harpers life and took Chase's spot. Enjoy always being second place BITCH!

I had a really hard time deciding whether to give this book 3.5 stars or 1.. The first 2 thirds I give 4 stars and the last third I give 1.
This is the kind of book you need to read until the end.. It was a roller coaster.. I was mad, pissed off and happy. It is heartbreaking and so full of love. When Harper got out in the real world, she fell in love with 2 great guys. The lack of love she got from Sir, she got from Bree and her parents and I loved that. There were friendships and relationships that were so strong. I love and hated this story but so glad I read it.

WHAT THE FUCK. This is the absolute worst book ever. Harper is the worst person to ever live. I may not even be able to write this review... I am that upset about this book.
Harper is from a military family, she wasn't allowed to do anything because her father was super strict. She gets to college and wants to experience everything. Whatever. She meets Brandon in the first couple weeks. They fall madly in love.. but oh she was also in love with Chase.. ugh. Okay I knew going into this book it was going to have a love triangle. Which usually I hate but this book has been on my TBR forever and I just though ehh why not. But the freaking hussy doesn't want to sleep with Brandon.. they are together for months and nothing. But ohhh hey she is alone with Chase for a day and she jumps his bones.. with OUT a condom. Freaking stupid bitty.
If that isn't bad enough.. she keeps on dating Brandon after that. She doesn't tell him anything!!!!!!!! Then she almost sleeps with Brandon with out telling him she was no longer a virgin. ARHHHH. well of course she ends up pregnant. Here is where she does the only good thing she has done this entire book.. She tells Brandon first and breaks up with him. Then her and Chase date for awhile. Awesome, one big happy family. But then she gets pictures of Chase and another girl so she yells and breaks up with him while Chase is bawling on his knees. He runs out saying he loves her and that he is going to fix everything....
So the obvious thing happens... he gets in a car accident and dies... I HATE Molly McAdams for doing this. I absolutely can not stand when a character is killed to make the love triangle easier. I almost stopped reading here because I was literally shaking with rage. I have wasted like 4 hours on this stupid book so I had to finish it.
So what does the skankwad do after he baby daddy/love die? She goes back to her other love, Brandon... shocker. And Brandon the freaking idiot saint is totally fine with this. And he takes on Chase's baby as his own. Like for real.. it's like his son now. I will admit that he talks to his son about Chase often.. but still.
And after i dunno how long that Brandon and Harper are married.. he decides he wants to go back to fighting and Harper just effing leaves. REALLY?!?!?! The guy married you after you cheated and dated another guy OH AND had another guys baby and you LEAVE with out talking to him1!! REALLY!!!!!!
