Mr Cusslers books are getting tired (perhaps "getting" isn't strong enough). Yeah, I know that they are predominantly written by others now, and I do still enjoy the characters, but I keep listening solely out of loyalty. If I had started from any of these later books, I probably wouldn't keep listening.

That said, as always, Scott Brick's performance saves the book. I have yet to listen to a book that Mr Brick has not performed well.

This book was okay. I loved the time period (1911) and setting. I found the ending disappointing. Once a story introduces a possible Jack the Ripper connection it loses me because it borderlines on far fetched and implausible. This was my first Clive Cussler book but I plan to read more from him.

Started out good after about 6th cd, I had a hard time keeping interest. I am a fan of the author's other series but this is my least favorite.

Had a difficult time really getting into what should have been a great story. Was all over the place and disjointed, and the ending was extremely rushed. Kind of ready to be done with Isaac Bell stories.

Just another fun Isaac Bell Adventure. It had some nice twists and turns and kept me entertained while reading on my lunch break or when I needed a break from TV at night.
