The first thing that popped into my head once I finished this was; "Why the hell is this your first Amy Daws book."
So yes, this was my first intro to The Harris Boys and yes I'm ashamed and I will be adding all the books to my TBR.
But let’s start off with the fact that I had so much fun with this book! I knew I was missing the others but it never felt like it wasn't a standalone.
Zander is pretty great, I love is sense of humor and honest my boy was struggling with a lot. He's your ideal MC and it was so fun being in his head! I can't wait for the Audiobook cause Teddy Hamilton is gonna KILL it!!
Daphney was sassy and didn't take any shit from anyone! She's the type of heroine I love to read about because she wasn't a place mat!
I loved how the relationship between these two played out.
So many swoon worthy moments and boy was this book steamy!
I'm excited to go back and read about the Harris Boys!
But Zander's two other teammates stole my heart I hope they get their own books!

After reading Replay, I couldn't have been more excited for Sweeper and Ms. Daws didn't disappoint. I'm not going to spoil anything but let me just say that the way Zander and Daphney slid so perfectly into the Harris Brothers series couldn't have been more perfect. I loved seeing the gang again and this really was one of my favourites in the entire series. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.
Sweeper is absolutely amazing! I thought it was just going to be an ordinary sports romance, but it was not. This is definitely my recent favourite from the author and I think it's among the best ones yet from Amy. I loved how Zander and Daphney's story was written and how it came about. I was hooked on these two. I could not put the book down once I started reading. I wanted to find out what's going to happen with the two of them. They're so perfect together even though she doesn't want anything to do with him. Then there's the secret that Zander's trying to find. It was an amazing read!
