This short story brought me right back to the start of the pandemic. I remember reading so many news reports of efforts - both small and large - to bring joy to others in such an uncertain time. Louisa Clark would of course be doing just that. So heartwarming, so thoughtful, and such an excellent continuation of one of my absolute favorite series.

I liked checking in with Louisa since I really enjoyed her story and I never expected there to be more. It wasn’t very long but it was heartwarming and definitely seemed like what would have happened to these characters during 2020 quarantine.

This was the first book I’ve read that mentioned anything about the pandemic and covid-19. The story was short, but super cute! Louisa’s love for vintage clothes was a big part of this story and I loved that! And the end

It was a really cute short story that plays during the beginning of the Covid lockdown. It was a bit hard to read for me, as it remembers a lot of the first months, where everything is really unsure and you’re trapped in this home world with less space. However, it was written really sweet and it’s a lovely story!
