The best yet. I can’t wait for these books to show up on PBS!!!
Ah Osman is back to his best. No 3 in the series worried me that he’d gone off the boil, but I really enjoyed this one. 4.5/5
Tidy writing, well-paced, consistent characterisation across the ensemble. Never going to win any high brow literary prizes but it’s a good read.
Several subplots that while link back to previous books can be understood in isolation. Enjoyed finding out more about Ibrahim, and Stephen and Elizabeth. Despite the rather high body count, one comes away with a warm fuzzy feeling. Genius.

A cosy read, made even more enjoyable by characters I’ve grown fond of throughout the Thursday Murder Club series.
There are some genuinely touching moments in this one that give it a bit more emotional depth.

One of the best books that I’ve read in some time. I laughed, I cried, I was thoroughly caught up in the mystery, and I fell more and more in love with the Thursday Murder Club. Just bravo!
