i love having plus sized representation in romance. i really hate the ‘it was all a bet’ trope, it made me cringe. but despite that i absolutely adored beckett, he was an amazing mmc that i want to protect! it was validating to see an fmc with pcos as that is never really represented in books. this brought up a lot of feelings i’ve been suppressing so that wasn’t fun but i still enjoyed the book and will continue with the series.
