I was approached to review this book by the author and I am so glad I accepted. The thing that really drew me to this book is the fact that it is about Plus Size girls. Obviously, I can relate to that especially since I connected so much to this from my high school days.

The characters were so relatable that I found myself wanting to know about each of them, and not just Rory. And since there are more books, each about a girl from the club, I will get my wish!

My only comment is that there are times this book is slow and a little predictable. It is your basic will they, won’t they and the ending is not a surprise. However, the reason to adore this series is the way the characters are portrayed in a way that is relatable and real. So for me, I didn’t care about if the story had been done before, but fully appreciated how it was told.

Again, I absolutely cannot wait to read the rest and hope I do get that opportunity soon. The author, Kelsie, says that all the books should be released by January of next year.

This book made me feel things. I dream of having a Beckett. But there are two main reasons why this story doesn't hace the 5 full stars:

1. First of all, the camera/microphone thing in the begining, creepy, if you ask me. But above that, the story develops just fine. And since it's fiction, I try not to take it as serious. But I think that scene was totally unnecessary and really didn't add up anything to the story, it just gave me the creeps.

2. The end. It was just so fast. She played with his feelings —yeah, she had her "reasons". she felt bad and ended up making a bet in consequence— and then, just after she gave that speech, where she never actually asks for his forgiveness, he's seems really cool about the bet thing. I just wished we got a look at that, on why he forgave her. An explanation. Because, from this point of view, doesn't really seem to make sense.

Despite all of this, the story makes you engaged with the characters. It's a good cliché.

And I believe it truly makes two of the most important goals: you end up feeling identified. Rory is a teenager, with her struggles. One of them; being a fat girl. Here comes the other goal, sending an amazing message: there's nothing wrong with being fat. You can wear whatever the hell you want, no matter your size is, and no one can tell you anything.

Super cute read!

3.5/5 Stars
For what the book was, it was very cute and enjoyable. The story was super fast paced and entertaining to read. There was just one scene near the end I was not a fan of. The repercussions of it irritate me to no end. It does not make sense.
Overall this was fun though and I could see myself continuing on.

Omg! I love this book, I can’t wait to continue the series!

oh this is really great! the wonderful uplifting message that everyone deserves love and that your weight does not decide if you deserve happiness or not. That everyone makes mistakes, that everyone hides things and has fears and parts others do not know about. I love everything this author put into this book. And despite being a message in self worth it is the opposite of preachy instead its uplifting and sweet and romantic and swoony.
the side characters are fantastic. they add so much color and support. I cannot wait to read their stories too!
