Anyway, despite that, and other things that bugged me while reading, what really bugged me was that the things that were in the adverts for the book (you know those annoying social media trailers you get so fed up with seeing that you just get the book in the hopes it will stop the ads - newsflash dear reader- it didn’t…) didn't happen in the book.

Honestly loved this, there were a few ‘seriously was that needed’ moments but loved it all the same.
The writer definitely wants to make a point that people should never be ashamed at the way they look and be proud of themselves. And sometimes you can’t change the way you look due to medical conditions and as someone with PCOS it made me connect with Rory so much more.
