When I saw the series advertised it gave it an “adult” romantic vibe and so I went into it not realizing that the whole series is high school based. So I personally have just decided to go my separate ways with the series. But from the small bit I did read writing style and comprehensibility seem really good for those who would continue on this particular reading journey.

Not sure how much of this rating is the feelings this book brought up for me vs the actual poor writing of the book. Super related to the relationship Rory had with her mom and all the fatphobic bs she faced from her mom. But also??? The writing was pretty poor imo. also the ending?? boring af. we deserved more of an ending then what we got.
