I'll Leave You With This opens with the untimely death of Daniel. Fast forward three years and his four sisters are all coping with his death in very different ways, as well as dealing with different challenges in their own lives.

The blurb would lead you to believe that the book is largely about the search for the recipients of Daniel's organs, but this is only a small part of the story. It is much more focussed on the lives of the four sisters.

I found this an enjoyable easy read, if not always entirely believable (so many amazingly successful people in such varied industries in one family!).

4.5 stars! Loved this from Kylie Ladd, a beautiful book dealing with a sensitive topic with humour, realism and delicacy. I read it in 24 hours and really enjoyed the characters and the plot.

Only half a star off because the chapters not only change character but also jump around in time and I sometimes got confused!!

Read it - it’s a great holiday or weekend read.

This is a book about family, love & sacrifices. It navigates sibling rivalry and traces the similarities and vast differences between four sisters, following the death of their only brother and subsequent donation of his organs. I was totally engrossed in the story; it’s a wonderful read.
