This has been my favorite book by Rebecca Jenshak so far. I loved the tutoring vibes but coming from the hot jock who was sleeping in class. It was such a good twist on the normal tutoring the jock stories.

Basketballer, Wes, is out for an injury. He’s grumpy and focused on getting back out on the court. Blair, who is an optimist after life has handed her some curveballs, needs help in statistics. Wes makes As even though he doesn’t pay attention in class. After Blair convinces him to tutor her, they begin to develop feelings. He doesn’t want to get serious and focus on the game. He was possessive and protective although they weren’t official. I was so close to 5 stars until he began ghosting Blair and disrespecting her. He does grovel, but I think she didn’t make him work hard enough! Overall, a great college basketball romance.
