Tbh the first half of this book didn’t really hook me. Second half got a lot more interesting tho. Fav stories were 1408, the road virus heads north, riding the bullet, and everything’s eventual.
I did kinda like how there was so much thematic various across all the stories. There was a little of everything here.

I'm lying in saying I read the whole book, as I only read The Little Sisters of Eluria to go along with the Dark Tower series. I have intentions to come back and read the other stories at a later date!

Stephen King’s short story collections are really good for travelling or not in the mood to get invested in a fully fledged novel, and this one was no different to that, easy to pick up read one story then put it down again for a while. I did like this book but feel that some of the other collections were better, hence the 3 stars.

I just couldn't finish it! I don't know if it was the random Dark Tower story that I didn't like or if it was the blandness of some of them (I can't even remember titles), but I just can't do it. I usually love Stephen King's short stories, but this didn't do it for me.
