I DNFed this earlier in my pregnancy. Now at 6 months along I'm in a much better headspace to take on Oster's collected findings. Definitely very useful and highly recommend.

Loved Expecting Better so was a bit disappointed in the research and insight that was selected for this one. It felt far weaker and I trusted it less.

I'm not sure I got helpful information out of this book. There were maybe 5-10 gems that could have been distilled down to a one page PDF. The title calls itself a "data-driven guide", but it was clear that most of the research in the parenting world from birth - toddler doesn't yield much for helpful conclusions. The take away is, do what feels right to you because there is no data to say it will change outcomes for your baby. If you find that in and of itself helpful, go ahead and read it.
