This slayed . I have a criticism- not to the book, but rather to the genre, why does all gay romance have to be life or death? I just want a cute summer fling. Reply with cutesy gay summer fillings pls!

the toll this took on my heart. oh lord.

i'm so glad this book was published because i enjoyed "they both die at the end" but it wasn't my favorite. i really liked this book (more than tbdate) and despite the fact that it made me cry a LOT at the end, i think i'm gonna give it 4.5 stars.

i really enjoyed the plot and how it all started, and the connections from "they both die at the end" to this book were really fun to read as well (little rufus and little mateo made a few chapters). orion's sister also made a connection that i thought was cool.

i really connected to valentino, and i HATE frankie. that's all i will say.

so yeah, this one took me a little longer to read (it was more than 500 pgs) but it was very much worth it. 4 stars!
