I liked it! This was a good prequel! I, once again, loved how overlapping the stories were, and I loved how that bleeds into the last book (and the next book if the internet is to be believed). It was, at some points, very very similar to the original, but ultimately that just kinda felt like the writers voice coming through strong. High three star, if there really is a third one I'd read it (but I am once again begging for any answers on deathcast even though it makes no sense I'm just nosy)
