Best read with a cup of tea...
I’m relatively new to poetry, but this year I am wanting to devote more of my reading to poets. Though I’m new to poetry, this book was accessible and filled with easy mantras to settle into.
It was uplifting throughout and as I read I encountered a number of impactful ideas/sentiments. I can’t say I am shaken to my core or anything spectacular, but it was still an enjoyable read with very real vulnerability, love, kindness, and wisdom. Someone else mentions that it gets quite “peachy” and I would have to agree that it can feel a little too soft. Still worth my time and worth the read!

This book is the perfect book to pick up when you need a quick mental break or a virtual hug.
It's a small book on hope and how "change making belongs to us all". As an individual we may be small our actions may seem insignificant but the ripple effect of those actions is insurmountable.
We are responsible and we must own our own actions and reactions. Personally I feel no truer words can be uttered in these crazy times.
For readers who read "Untamed" by Glennon Doyle and relished every word. I would class this book as a shorter less personal and more mantra style book of equal enjoyment and I would strongly recommend picking up.
Rating: 5 Star

Not really my type of poetry and sometimes was a bit cliche for me, but I still enjoyed many bits of it.

Idk, some pages were too long, I don't remember the first one was that long. Or maybe it's because I'm in i-feel-completely-content mood that I don't need encouragements that much?? Well still pretty good

Really enjoyed the poetry in this book. Thought provoking, "challenging" and encouraging. A great read.

This is a super, super fast read but it's full of heart and, for me, it was one of those books that makes me stop in my tracks and think about why I am here and how I want to live my life. I loved Cleo Wade's Heart Talk and I loved Where to Begin. I am so glad writers like her exist and put their thoughts and feelings out into the world. We are all so much better off thanks to their willingness to do that.
