I had only finished Speak in November, but the anticipation for this book was overwhelming! It wasn’t a want, it was a need. A need to know the outcome of the relationships, the revenge plot, and if Ravens feminine rage was felt throughout the Syndicate. The utter annihilation of those who wronged her is so delicious. So immensely satisfying. The twists and mystery pulling me along while the heat and passion from Raven and her men burned me along the way. Wanting me to slow down and savour the book, while simultaneously wanting to never put it down and devour it as quickly as possible. I am wholly obsessed with this duet. I can’t stop thinking about it! And I feel like no review I leave will do it justice.
