Nothing terribly unpredictable here, and a more idyllic plot than I expected. It's an up-beat, cute story, and I enjoyed it. The Dolly inspired character is by far the best part.
I loved the audiobook with Dolly Parton narrating. So good!

Loved this book! A perfect combination of Nashville, music, love story, mystery and thriller! The audiobook was brilliant with Dolly Parton voicing Ruth Ann. Lots of references to current and past country stars too
I didn’t like this one at all… I thought it was super cheesy and mostly song lyrics. It was almost laughable how the random bad guys would pop out of no where, beat her up and then she’d keep going about her business! Also how did no one ever ask her for an ID?? She was on tour and signing with labels just getting paid in cash since her identity was never confirmed?
