I enjoyed this installment more than the first one. Here, we are presented with more characters from the mafia, and there are some truly delightful adversaries. There are additionally little character bio pages to give more information about the cast. Readers will enjoy the high action, memorable characters, compelling plot, and powerful villains. However, this installment has a lot of action that can be hard to follow at times, though may not be an issue for extremely seasoned manga readers.

For: fans of stories with characters that have their own powers/"skills"; readers looking for a series with references and lots of action.

Possible red flags: discussions of suicide; blood; murder; violence; characters in peril; terrorism.
