I rated all the stories individually and reviewed some of them, but I wanted to write a general comment of the anthology. I love the concept of a daily story, it's my first year subscribing to the Daily Dose, but I started at Christmas with the Advent Calendar after I realized I was reading the stories anyway so why not have the surprise of a story a day.

The theme for this year Daily Dose was people hurt getting on with their lives... most of the stories weren't downers, but I found the theme not to my liking. Now, once that said, I thought the stories were well written and they were very well chosen to complement the Mended subject.

I do feel a little disappointed that I didn't fall in love often reading the stories like I did with the Advent Calendar or Time is Eternity, but I gave the majority of the stories a 3 stars or more so I still had a lot of fun and would recommend the anthology.
