I was intrigued to read about how the 4 main characters dealt with different moral dilemmas and the effects on their respective marriages. Because like, really, what would you do if the person you married slowly became a raging conservative?! That said, it was a bit of a slower read and definitely more character-driven than plot-driven.

I think this is the first book that I’ve gone, yeah alright thats average. I’m not one for politics and honestly didn’t really know what I was walking into for the level of politics that I would be walking into. I personally didn’t find it overbearing but certainly found it interesting with how it reflects the view of the world at present. I found it  interesting read for the world of LGBTQ and I enjoyed it.
