If you are a fan of found family and hockey romances then this series is for you! Rebecca has written such a great group of character in the Wildcat series. I love the team and the WAGs, everyone is so supportive and really has each otherโ€™s backs. Ash and Bridget develop into a sweet couple. I appreciated how steady and patient he was, he knew she was it and waited until she was ready. I do wish she dropped her guard with their relationship sooner. I understood why and it suited her characters development but I wouldโ€™ve liked to see more time on the page with them as a solidified couple. I enjoyed this one and canโ€™t wait for the next book. I need Jack and Everlyโ€™s story immediately!

๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐˜€: he falls first, hockey romance, nurse x patient, forced proximity, forbidden, found family, who did this to you

๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€: domestic abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, toxic relationships

The way Ash and Bridget meet at the hockey game is really nice, it's just a shame that Bridget's ex is a jerk. After this meeting, Ash can't get her out of his head, but due to an unfavorable event where Ash suffers a serious injury, he is sent to the hospital. Where do you guess who works there?

Exactly, Bridget is a nurse, his nurse in particular.

I really liked how Ash tries to ask her out on a date and she turns him down, and somehow the universe always brings them to spend time together. As they begin to spend more time together, they begin to develop a "casual" relationship, but hidden from the world's eyes. Even more since her ex now works as an assistant GM.

Ash is very funny and charismatic, and his love for Bridget is sincere and pure. He felt first and hardest. He is a nice guy and is obsessed with her.

Bridget is a character you can relate to and is very likable, but she had a really bad experience with her ex, and she's not ready to come out of her shell after he made her feel discouraged and deprived of people who care for her. I loved seeing her grow from a shy and lonely character into one where she had friends and was starting to take steps towards a new relationship.

I simply loved this book! I have an idea about who the next book could be about, and I can't wait to see what else the author surprises us with.

Thank you Rebecca Jenshak and Valentine PR for the opportunity to read this amazing book in exchange for an honest review.

I will not be rating this book because  I truly donโ€™t know how to rate it. I love Rebecca Jenshakโ€™s books but this series is just not working for me. With the exception of Leoโ€™s book I found the other books pretty meh.

Iโ€™m not a fan of instalove so I really didnโ€™t feel the chemestry between the MCโ€™s. I found the book boring except for the scenes between the team and whenever Jack was on the page ( hopefully I will like his book lol)

I felt bad for Bridget and what she went through, so I can see why she was so guarded. I just found her boring. And Ash , honestly he had the personality of a cardboard ๐Ÿ˜ญ

So for me together they had no spark :(

It was good, I really enjoyed Ash, he was the sweetest. I also loved the fact that there wasn't a third act break up although it's a bit of a slow burn which was annoying.
